When can a complaint be rejected as unjustified?
The seller must always substantiate the unjustified nature of a complaint with a written statement from an authorized service center of the given brand.

What should I do if I discover a defect when receiving the goods?
As a buyer, you are obliged to inspect the goods upon collection. If you notice mechanical damage to the packaging, you must check the condition of the product. If you find damage, you must create a damage report in the presence of the carrier. The carrier is then responsible for any damage during transport. Based on the report, after settling the claim with the carrier, you will receive an appropriate discount or a new product.

If you sign the delivery note, you agree to accept the goods—you confirm that they arrived undamaged by the carrier. Later complaints caused by transportation will therefore be rejected.

How long is the warranty period?
For end customers, the law sets it at 24 months for most goods. For used products (second-hand, refurbished), the period is usually shortened to 12 months. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the item or parts caused by use. Therefore, a shorter lifespan cannot be considered a defect and cannot be claimed. The warranty also does not cover consumable goods like rubber O-rings. Color differences on individual parts are not grounds for complaint; they are a characteristic.

For those who use the product for business or trade purposes, the Civil Code does not set a warranty period—the specific importer to the Czech Republic does. We state the warranty for end customers, not companies.

What are my rights if I find that the delivered goods do not correspond to the purchase contract?

  • Free repair to bring the goods into a condition corresponding to the contract.
  • Reasonable reduction in the purchase price.
  • Replacement delivery of goods.
  • Withdrawal from the purchase contract.

Note: Products cannot be returned in person or by mail to the company's registered office address. All complaints must be sent to the returns address.
